- Access control: Documents are accessible only to your authenticated account. NDTVerify staff do not routinely access your documents.
- No AI training: Your documents are never used to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any AI model — our own or third-party.
- Automatic deletion: All uploaded documents and generated reports are permanently deleted 90 days after upload. You may also delete them earlier via your dashboard.
- No third-party sharing: Documents are never shared with third parties except where required by law or a valid court order, and we will notify you where legally permitted to do so.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use a minimal set of cookies necessary to operate the Service:
- Session cookies: Required to maintain your logged-in state. Expire when you close your browser.
- CSRF tokens: Security cookies to protect against cross-site request forgery.
- Analytics cookies: Anonymised, aggregate usage data to understand platform performance. No personally identifiable data is linked to analytics.
We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or third-party behavioural tracking on our platform.
